What is the Refund policy ?

RETURN & REFUND

You can return your package within 14 days to be refunded or to make an exchange. In the case of refund, it will take 7 to 14 business days depending on the method of payment. For the exchange, we will return an article when we receive the returned one. BEFORE sending a referral, contact us by email to discuss the terms and conditions.

Do I have to pay the return?
Return costs are your responsibility. A refund is possible if the error is ours (defective product, bad color / size etc ..).

When should my order arrive ?

The expedition is done in 2 to 3 days. The delivery is generally done in 10 to 15 days all over the world.

 

Where is my tracking information?
We do not send out tracking information unless requested. Usually shipping is very quick but if you would like to keep track, send us an email with your name, email and/or order number.  

 

What are the payment methods accepted ?

We accept payment through Stripe or Paypal Those payment methods are internationally recognized for safety and efficiency. You can use any credit card via Stripe.

Sure. Email us and we'll send you a return label.

BUT all transactions using a discount code or in the Sales Section are final. No returns or exchanges. Sorry.
